Midwood Smokehouse

Brand new restaurant Fit-Up in Smoky Hollow, Downtown Raleigh. Construction included reinforcement of rooftop trusses, installation of a 2,000 lbs. Make-Up Air unit on the roof, added a 6,600 lbs. smoker to the commercial kitchen, patio seating, and a walk-up bar.
